I have 34 years of customer service, and cashiering experience. I have used the POS system for the last five years. I have three years of ordering, and inventory experience. We would track our sales so we would know how much we would need to order, we would order different items from different merchants.I have a general rule of greeting customers when they first walk in the door, and to make sure that I ask each customer if they have found what they are looking for, and I make sure to answer any questions they might have and if I do not have an answer I make sure to find someone who can answer it for them.When they leave I am sure to tell them to have a great day, and I always have a smile on my face.I graduated from Snow College In May of 2014 with my one year Business Management Certificate and Dec 2014 with my one year Business Marketing Certificate.I am currently working at Easy Load Pro as Data Entry Clerk, and part time for it's sister company as part time Dispatcher.
