Responsible for managing all implementation projects and 1099 consultants. Project consisted of coding, data extraction, testing, client support, and product delivery. Also required time and expense management of consultants, client billing, and management reporting.

Started project as Clinical analyst for Meditech/LSS Medical Practice Management implementation project. After 5 weeks, was asked to take over project management. Project was 2 years overdue and on its second Project Manager. • Determined application was missing 305 pieces of necessary code needed to support required functionality. • Managed team of 8 to upgrade application and test all changes. • Brought first site live within 6 months.
