Founded in 2004, Link Artist Resources works with Freelance Producers, Product/Fashion Stylists, Hair/Make-up Artists, Production/Photo Assistants, Digital Tech/Processors, and Photographers for Print, Film, and Digital. With almost 20 years in the industry of repping artists and working with Advertising Agencies, Production Studios, Photographers, and directly with Clients, Link has achieved great success and built long-term client relationships. While creating and managing the agency, I was responsible for adding talent, building their portfolios, and being accountable for sales for continued success. I recently transitioned LInk Artist Resources into a streamlined business process to service both the artist and the client. Social Media has changed all aspects of business, and we at Link are now focused on "paperwork" so our artists can have more time to do what they love! From the initial market analysis and proforma process through the acquisition of equipment and spa build-out, I funded all financial aspects and co-funded Blush Aesthetics and Skincare. The goal for Blush, a medical spa specializing in the latest technology and procedures in anti-aging, was to create an environment that was equally luxurious and professional. During my time with Blush, I grew a loyal clientele while also attracting talented staff. While focusing on the Blush branding and marketing, our spa was consistently recognized as one of the top spas within the Dallas/Ft Worth metroplex. Having achieved phenomenal success, I sold the company within four years. After the sale, the name was changed to Blush Aesthetics & Wellness. I am proud of the brand I built and its continued success.
