I managed the design and launch of Gas South's first Customer Referral Program. I was responsible for the development, marketing and management of residential referral programs, including HOA boards, builders, real estate agents, as well as the entire Gas South customer base. I facilitated and monitor the customer experience in conjunction with customer care to ensure it remains consistent with Gas South standards and expectations while providing outstanding care to our partners and customers.I also lead the planning and organizing of events year round to promote and showcase Gas South to partner groups.
