* Develop standard test procedures for existing and new capabilities.* Work with in-house customers in aspects of training, testing, use of special tools and repair of customer units.* Responsible for coordinating the technical review of CMM revisions to determine potential impact on production.* Support Quality in determining root cause of defect warranty returns and testing improvements that can improve results.* Assist Lean Cells and Special Project Teams to create standard work.* Review/maintain and author test data sheets, tip sheets, and maintenance documentation forms.* Assist Production, Quality, and Inspection Departments with training guides and other standard training methods.* Document control (revision level, distribution, security, and protection).

* Perform inspections, functional checks, preventive maintenance, modifications, and testing on aircraft components and assemblies.* Communicating and researching problem situations with assigned teams.* Assisting in considering alternate methods to meet/ exceed company and customer expectations.
