I was responsible for instructing, member and instructor management, scheduling and creating workouts that were challenging and fun. I was responsible for weekly motivational emails and one-on-one meetings with members to discuss and create meal plans that enhanced their workout routines.

I took a non-existing spa business and by using creative promotional ideas, increased the spa numbers by over 120%. I also maintained the retention of those guests at 60% after their first visit. I searched out advanced training at least quarterly and added Chinese Cupping to my list of therapy modalities while employed at the salon.

I was responsible for spa growth in 4 states in both massage and skincare. This responsibility included current salon/spa businesses as well as growth in new business. I educated spa therapists; massage therapists, aestheticians and makeup artists, in new launches and advanced training.
