So grateful and excited for the opportunity to extend my time with the Town of Canmore for the remainder of 2021. It is a privilege to work with such a professional and talented Human Resources team who make work enjoyable every day. Although I am working remotely, I feel very connected to this beautiful town and the people who live and work there.I will be focusing on payroll processing using Ceridian Dayforce, and benefits administration.

I am currently on a 4-month contract with the Town of Canmore, as an HR Advisor - Payroll Administrator.

 Responsible for bi-weekly payroll for up to 350 salaried and unionized staff using Ceridian Insync- Awarded “Star of the Month – Heart of House” in May 2012, June 2015, and September 2017.

Active participant on the management team of this 137-bed long-term care home and 75-bed retirement lodge)• Maintained positive relationships with staff, residents, families, and community; family/resident surveys indicated a high level of satisfaction with office services• Responsible for day-to-day operation of the office, including staff supervision• Payroll and benefit administration for 150 employees. Avalon Retirement Centre earned the maximum 3-year accreditation award from the Canadian Council of Health Services Accreditation in 2002 and 2005. I led the Human Resources and Information Management team.
