Currently responsible for the overall foundation and successful production of our invitation-only events through R&D, audience development, and overall conference production. My current focus revolves around 2 Congresses: the Bridgemark Banking Congress (which just had its latest successful iteration this August in Baltimore, MD) and our Healthcare IT Congresses taking place 2x per year: My position involves preliminary research, industry analysis, market studies, and 1:1 chats with C-level executives and senior-level leaders as a means of exposure to the latest trends, challenges, priorities, and pain points. In addition, I oversee the National Advisory Boards of both industries, composed of 8-10 members who actively contribute to the improvement and growth of our events. Overall, my aim is to constantly expand and improve on what I know in order to efficiently deliver that onsite.

Active catalyst in the NED department of the organization. Our main focus was the development of new event opportunities through industry analysis and market research. Once these events passed a series of meticulous checkpoints, our department ensured a solid foundation and left little room for error. We were responsible for their overall success from the start of the production cycle to the final session of the onsite event. Now that several of these events have run successfully, I am focusing on event quality maintenance and production.

As the Executive Community Manager of the Shared Services & Outsourcing Network (SSON) division of IQPC, I oversaw the Executive Audience Development for our Virtual Select programs. These programs are invite-only and cater to an exclusive audience that directly aligns with the credentials of the event in terms of solution-seeking and solution-providing.
