I assist migrant students that struggle in their education in areas such as Math, Language Arts and Social Studies. I assist the students by helping them study before a test, learning basic math facts and assisting in home work. If a child is identified as needed more assistance I also assist the student in test taking, by rewording question that they do not understand. Attending to migrant children that have not been accepted in the Georgia Pre-K in their homes. Showing them basic education such as their letters, numbers, counting and colors. I also assist in translations.

I programmed all training for new and seasoned employees in the certification needed in accordance to Head Starts Performance Standards. Insured that all necessary documents needed for approval of outside travel, payment to vendors providing training or catering was in order. Maintaining hard copies of training, uploading the certification and travel in the ChildPlus Database. Assisted in translating, creating and updating documents in Spanish. Assisted clients with translation in Spanish. Conducted New Employee Orientation and training's in Professional Development.
