This position required the ability to work with students at any point in a course sequence, using prior learning effectively and adapting instruction to overcome instructional gaps or weaknesses so as to continue with learning objectives. Coordination of instruction and assessment between various learning partners was integral as this delivery program would often become an option when traditional classroom instruction was not effectively addressing learner needs. Working collaboratively with all modes of student support (administration, parents, counselors, learning strategists, outside agencies, etc) was essential to provide a comprehensive approach to behavioral and learning needs.
