Operational management of a large recruitment, training and uniform distribution centre serving staff, over 800 candidates and visitors on a daily basis. Planning and directing essential central services such as security, reception, building and grounds maintenance, mail, cleaning, car parking, catering/vending, space management and waste disposal. Ensuring the site meets health and safety requirements through implementation of various organisation policies mainly fire safety and Security Assignment Instructions. Project support on demobilisation of soft fm contracts.

- Monitoring of PFI, LIFT, soft and hard FM contracts reporting outcomes on key performance indicators and services level agreements to Director of Estates and Commissioning, Senior Management Estates Team and Finance.- Management of £1.5m pay/non pay operational budgets.- Operational site and staff management ensuring integration of national standards and legislation. - Trust lead on implemenation of capital projects, backlog maintenance and lifecycle programme.
