I've been in the Chemical and process industries for a long time, first as an employee, then as a manager, now as a consultant. If I look for something new to do, it will be in the People space. So many companies have written policies that tout diversity and inclusion. Very few get it right. As a person who has worked in both industry and consulting, I'd love to help these companies get past the "want to" and into true equity and justice in their organizations. As a leader at my current employer in the Gender Authenticity and Gender Diversity spaces, I see the blockages between policy and successfully practicing Inclusion and Equity.I'm not sure there's a market out there, but HMU if you're interested in breaking through.
