As the Project Lead, I am responsible for delivery across all areas of the project from initiation (Business Case creation and approval, vendor selection), solution design (including development and testing) and implementation (infrastructure preparation, training and monitoring).I liaise with various teams (i.e. business, infrastructure, HR, etc.) across 14 African countries in order to facilitate the successful implementation of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) within Business Banking, Private and Executive Banking, as well as Bancassurance.

Senior Principal Consultant [January 2011 - March 2014]• Business & IT Strategy implementation: Managed the successful implementation of strategic initiatives across all phases of the project life cycle, from the development of the strategy, Business Case approval, solution design and implementation. Achievements: Implementation of Salesforce CRM system across 12 African countries (approx. 389 users) in 5 months.• Stakeholder Management: Negotiated deadlines, resources and changes with key stakeholders to successfully implement initiatives and resolve conflict.• Training Facilitation and Learning Material Development: Empowered clients to obtain maximum benefits from information systems and optimised business processes through training, presentations, and consultation workshops. This included helping to design and develop appropriate training solutions.• Team mentorship: Mentored junior team members to increase their skills and contributed towards their overall development.• Vendor Selection: Identified and selected vendors to provide services and products.Principal Consultant [December 2008 – December 2010]• Business Process Reengineering: Redesigned business processes to achieve visible improvements in productivity and quality. Achievement - 68% reduction in overall patient waiting time and an 81% reduction in the total processing time of medical prescriptions at government hospital.• Community of Practice Leader: A member of the leadership team aimed at creating a stronger network of practitioners within the business to improve performance through sharing knowledge.Junior Consultant [June 2007 – December 2008]• Business requirements solicitation and documentation: Documentation of business requirements for both imformation systems and business process related projects. • Market research: Conducted market research to understand current trends and inform management decision relating to the business strategy.
