1. CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS AND STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT• Understand the client’s business and key business drivers• Ensure that the company and suppliers deliver as per the terms and conditions of their contracts and SLA.• Manage the strategic relationship with the client to ensure retention of business• Constantly analyze internal and external factors affecting the client to ensure retention of business• Keep abreast of competitor activity and defend client base2. MONITORING CLIENT AND SUPPLIER OPERATIONS• Ensure that new business plans are implemented according to the company’s mission statement and strategy• Ensure that the company delivers as per the terms and conditions of the contractual obligations and service level agreements.• Demonstrate the company’s performance against the contract.• Liaise with support functions to ensure the seamless delivery on each client’s contract and service level agreement• Monitor the reduction in costs to the client where opportunities have been identified• Second level escalation for client and supplier problems• Presentation of the MD report monthly or as per the customer contact plan.• Create and distribute minutes of meetings after each client/supplier meeting.• Maintain and monitor a matrix of service offer to the client.• Monitor client resource demands.• Monitor and maintain customer profiles on our internal systems.• Manage customer specific communications of that impacts contracted service whether this be a direct or indirect nature result in service interruptions or delays.• Monitor Incident Management logs• Report back to the customer on incident management reports.3. IDENTIFYING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES• Keep abreast of issues affecting the industry and potential client business • Identify new opportunities• Ensure all sales opportunities are explored • Respond to requests for information or proposals timeously• Negotiate and generate new income for the company
