It was there that she really learned the value of the role to both serve and guide. From there, her passion led her to develop great leaders that could wholeheartedly engage employees and be smart business partners. She held leadership positions to do just that at Eddie Bauer, PACCAR and then Washington Mutual, where she was the V.P. of Leadership Development and launched and directed the corporate Executive Leadership department in a high-growth, merger and acquisition environment.Since becoming an independent Leadership consultant, Brenda has continued to take on leadership roles in various partner organizations, managing coaches in global coaching programs, as well as facilitators in large, company-sponsored global leadership programs.
