Leveraging 40 years of banking experience, I have specialized specifically in SBA lending for the past 30 years. I am a dependable and sales oriented lender/sales leader, with strong business development and credit underwriting skills as well as SBA Industry knowledge. As part of the leadership team at FNB Small Business Finance, I am focused on underwriting, closing, and servicing of SBA and USDA B&I loans originated by First National Bank's BDOs. Our team is dedicated to closing deals quickly and efficiently. Prior to joining First National Bank, I was the Southeast Regional Sales Manager for Popular Small Business Capital. During this time, I was a part of the leadership team that brought PSBC from #11 in the nation for SBA Lending to #4 within the first 4 years. Additionally, my experience with SBA lending includes regional business development and numerous roles with community banks in Central Florida. These positions afforded me the opportunity to perform every single function of the SBA lending process.At FNB Small Business Finance, our primary focus is on Partner Buy-Outs, Business Acquisitions, Business Expansions, Owner Occupied Commercial Real Estate, and Commercial Debt Refinance. We are also able to finance up to $2MM in goodwill in Business Acquisition transactions.
