Despite personal hardship, I am proud to have received numerous awards from RTNA, CCMA, ACP, PPAGLA, SPJ, CNPA, CCNMA and to be an NBCUniversal Academy Fellow.I'm passionate about shining a light on the issues affecting underserved communities that often go overlooked. I've reported extensively across Southern California, as well as in states like Arizona and New Mexico.
