Brenda C. Jackson, founder of W.O.W. Enterprises is a visionary leader, a forward thinking woman who has demonstrated leadership qualities by the progressive steps she has taken in her 10 yr career in Telecommunications. She began as an Exec. Asst. and was rapidly promoted to a Staffing Specialist within the company. From there, she made significant strides as she was again promoted, this time to the position of “Staff Manager” where she was responsible for managing a high-performance team of agents and representatives. In 2004, Ms. Jackson was promoted to serve as Staff Manager of the VPS MC which is responsible for managing and problem resolution for 183 managers and associates. She was also responsible for providing human resource services, training, organizational metrics and results tracking. In 2008, she again seized the opportunity to advance by taking on the role as “Sr. Cslt. for the Maintenance Quality Management &Process Assurance Division. In this role she performs research and gap analysis, tracks the companys performance objectives as it relates to the customer’s needs and expectations. Her demonstrated customer focus is also evident in her relationships she establishes and maintains with Telecommunications partners and creating initiatives for continued and future business. In her current role Ms. Jackson is a dynamic, professional trainer and speaker. She consistently creates and delivers presentations to motivate and encourage success to teams of managers. With a laser-like focus she has broken through many barriers in her rise to success. Recognizing the need for other women to achieve successful and fulfilling lives, Ms. Jackson decided to dedicate herself to providing motivational training and consultation services to individuals and businesses in order to meet the challenges they face in the corporate world as well as their personal lives. W.O.W. Enterprises was created to address this need under the direction of Ms. Brenda Jackson.
