Born and raised in Miami, FL, Brenda is a 5th generation Floridian living and loving the coastal life. She, with her husband Joe, have raised a wonderful family and spends time with her 5 grandchildren when there is a free moment. Brenda has always loved to take a home and make it her own and, in keeping with the feel of the area, have it blend seamlessly with coastal living. Her life time experience in Florida and the Florida market makes Real Estate a natural profession for her. She has been in the 'business' of serving people’s needs for most of her adult life. Attending college in Broward County and then moving to Volusia County she worked in the banking field. As her children began to grow up she began working in the financial planning area soon getting her license in Insurance . These areas of training as well as her background with office management makes her competent, obliging and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the client is informed and happy with the buying and selling process.Brenda’s business experience and awareness of a person's connection to their home makes her a natural in the field of real estate. Brenda will not hesitate to give advice when a customer seems uncertain. Knowing how personal a home purchase or sale can be she will work vigorously to make their experience seamless and their dream come true.Brenda loves new homes and decorating. Brenda works with builders from the south in Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach to Port Orange, Daytona Beach and home communities in Ormond Beach as well as in Deland. Brenda works on her expertise in new home sites and helps her clients make the decision on where to move to, whether they are local or just move into our area.
