CurrentProvide legal advocacy services at the local, state and federal levels with an emphasis on natural resources, particularly water, the federal Endangered Species Act, land use (including CEQA and NEPA), the federal Clean Water Act, the Information Quality Act, global climate change, and environmental justice.Provide targeted services to various natural resource users and managers, such as farmers, utilities, water districts, ports, and extraction industries, as well as environmental/engineering consulting firms, and selected governmental agencies.Provide meticulous attention to all details of advocacy, oral and written, with timing commensurate with client needs in order to produce work equal to or better than that available through larger national firms at a price reflective of medium-sized regional law firm rates. Firm attorneys work as a team with client staff, attorneys, scientists, engineers, and other contributors to take full advantage of specialized knowledge residing with the client or others who can aid in producing a winning product.Provide clients with access to attorneys and other professionals with federal and state administrative and legal experience (minimum five years of environmental specialty practice).
