I have been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20 years. I was a personal trainer for over 10 years. I am currently an FST practitioner and a level one FST instructor since 2017 and a massage therapist, since 2020. I am always looking to grow and challenge myself. I am hard-working, goal oriented and personable individual. My mission in life is to help others and provide tools they can use to help themselves.
