- Lead major aspects of e-commerce business including business planning, content strategy and development, website design, web analytics, and web technologies- Partner with Marketing team to develop, implement, and optimize effective online campaigns, digital marketing, and social media strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion, and expand sales - Experience building, leading, and mentoring a diverse team of web developers, graphic designers, product specialists and copywriters- Create constant improvements through A/B testing to ensure top performing content - Define key measures of success and provide transparency into performance of those initiatives in monthly reporting meetings- Work with Sales and Customer Service teams to be aware of new consumer behavior, monitor competitive and market trends to drive new features and develop innovative solutions- Drive P&L objectives by improving conversion rates and organic traffic as well as manage outside vendor costs

- Maintaining multiple websites with direction from marketing and organizations including creating new content, designing graphics and coding- Organizing events to develop student activities- Photograph and publicizing upcoming events to drive student participation

- Work with outside vendors on project management for site improvements- Significant coordination across different clients to make sure things were completed properly and efficiently as well as multiple management teams
