Central responsibilities and focus revolved around the development of Membership Programs, development and implementation of Financial, Membership and POS Systems, Staffing and oversight of all Accounting related activitiesLed the Fairfield HealthPlex facility to an unprecedented migration from “start up” to profitable status in less than 2 years through achievement of financial goals and retention of higher than expected membership
