Core activities include lead coordinator for the Buy Sell Process, liaising with buyer and seller throughout, and entails NPSCSI Gateway Analysis, Proforma development, Background Check Review, APA summary, Agreement preparation etc. Buy Sell activity has steadily increased since 2018, having now managed over 50, for an average of 1 - 2 per month for the past 5 years (as of 2024). I also provide ongoing transparent and responsive communication throughout Buy Sell process. My key focus is to streamline, and render consistency across all Network Franchising programs/projects/processes. This includes effectively guiding the timely completion of key Network Actions i.e. Buysells, Ownership & Management franchise updates, DP/GM changes, Dealer Relocations, New Point establishments, AOR changes, Terminations, State Statute/Market Clearance analysis, and notification requirements for relocations/new location establishment for the entire country. I also perform Market Study analysis for key growth markets, Dealer agreement drafting/redline adaptation, and daily consulting/collaborating with legal team, and Field representatives. Management of our virtual legal document filing system is a business critical priority. I set up an evaluation system for franchise prospects. Using Urban Science Ni2 software, I create New Retailer info decks regarding Marketing/AOR/UIO/Income & Demographics information to acquaint them with their new market. Prior to a reorganization, this now HQ central role was handled regionally by 4 network field managers. As a result, the implementation differed per region, was disjointed, & frequently inconsistent.My key actions taken to assess, organize, and render processes consistent, positively impacted cost savings by avoiding potential State fines for non‐compliance or litigation. These streamlined and simplified processes have also contributed to more successful Buy Sell closes with new candidates, resulting in better performing Retailers.
