Responsible for all location duties including but not limited to, receiving, invoicing, credits/rebills, inventory processes for 7 locations, managing fleet of vehicles for Muskogee location, accounts payable, accounts receivable, staff management, customer service and experience, building maintenance, lead location meetings, backup to dispatch, E-Rate program rules/regulations and administrative duties, answering phones, maintain cabling supplies and levels of inventory, etc.

Monitored and managed AS400 for 4 locations. Daily operations of data processing team. Customer service, contracts and chargebacks, sales admin, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receiveable, and various other duties. Loaded and maintained all new and existing customer accounts. SOX and Compliance reports.

I purchased all of the drugs for the hospital pharmacy following hospital rules and regulations, formulary and JCHO compliance. I ordered the controlled drugs as well follwoing DEA regulations. I was responsible for the pharmacy budget and worked closely with the Director of Pharmacy. Also, worked as a pharmacy technician as needed.
