I am a Biblical Counselor, which means I believe in the sufficiency of Scripture to address life's challenges. I am medically informed but Biblically based in all I do. I have a specialization in addiction, and I am licensed through the State of MN as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I am currently in Seminary but also have a Diploma in Old Testament Theology and New Testament Studies. I have taught Bible Studies for years and currently counsel individuals and families solely based on Scripture. If you are struggling with addiction, I will work 1-1 with you and your family to help you find freedom from addiction. There are no group meetings on multiple days or evenings per week required. We set up a meeting schedule that works for you and addresses your situation and concerns. Nothing is reported. If you have already been through a treatment program, I do not make you go through it all again. Rather, I assess what your specific needs are at the moment. Then, I create a program that addresses what is holding you back. My experience in corporate America gives me insight into your day-to-day challenges and how to manage those challenges effectively while in recovery.I also work with families, sometimes independent of the alcoholic/addict.
