I Administer and manage the Foundation finances and investment policies, exercise knowledge on policies and procedures with external firms/banks, direct financial deposits and withdrawals on behalf of the foundation, manage the foundation’s scholarships and awarding process and serves as communication link between recipients and donors, create annual and financial reports, cultivate donors utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve struggles and provide accountability, create donor correspondence leading to cultivation-donations, construct customized contract agreements, identify potential clients and engage potential donors, analyze multiple budgets and report inconsistencies, manage Raiser’s Edge financial data base including security, responsible for accuracy of donor records, efficiently communicate issues with college comptroller, formulate financial reports for the SSC Foundation Board, lead internal fundraising appeals, and serves as liaison to the Finance Committee, providing proficient research/records/reports to support projects.

Provide Engagement, Networking opportunities, and Employment Opportunities for Alumni, Friends, and Students by implementing programs to foster effective communications, create and build an Alumni organization, and cultivate Alumni that value our institution to help others by Donating through the Stark State College Foundation to the Alumni Scholarship fund. Manage internal giving campaigns, create finance reports for the Foundation, donor cultivation, gift agreements, and communicate the giving opportunities to donor prospects.
