I consistently demonstrate analytical and strategic thinking, risk management utilizing key performance indicators, employee and program development, effective communication and leadership abilities in every aspect of each role throughout my career.I have managed and led many projects to success, including the Boeing Founders’ Day Celebration, which successfully completed without injury or incident for more than 100,000 employees and guests over three days. This was an amazing accomplishment with temperatures above normal and a team that worked together like family.One accomplishment I am particularly proud of is my work on the Occupational Safety & Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program team when CH2M Hill’s Plateau Remediation Contract (CHPRC) was awarded the prestigious Star Status. The responsibility of the Safety Lead was to ensure all hazardous, programs, policies, documentation and training were in place and auditable at any time. The most important of all aspects of the program was talking to the employees and ensuring they were properly trained and knew how to execute their job safely. This effort was across all our locations on the Hanford Site, spanning more than 560 square miles.
