I have enjoyed 30 years of experience in the staffing industry. I learned all facets of the business as I moved through the ranks from recruiter to management roles and then into the CEO position of a $300M staffing firm. The success I have experienced comes from building and maintaining quality client relationships - doing your homework, spending time to learn about your client's goals, objectives and their workforce strategy. Successful client partnerships do not come from the "cookie cutter" approach. They are based on the client culture and the team you build and entrust to build on that philosophy.As each partnership program is built differently, there are a couple of things that always stay constant- quality, value and responsiveness.I have led a very busy life as corporate executive, mom, friend, and all of the other roles we play. One of my passions as Managing Partner of Wonderous Woman Enterprises, is to utilize my experience to teach other women to find balance between their personal and professional lives.
