My role as In-Market BDMC is to lead all business development and marketing activities in the Caracas office in accordance with the global brand and the client and market strategy.• Drive the office's profitable growth by fostering the relationships with clients• Deliver pitches and sales presentations showcasing our capabilities for existing and prospect clients• Position our practices and attorneys in relevant regional and global legal Directories• Communicate through Social Media our most significant deals, seminars and thought leadership campaigns. Manage all client-facing communications• Organize meetings, seminars and marketing initiatives to promote the Firm's services.• Offer robust analytics for measuring KPIs and attorneys performance• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Latam offices and global teams to maintain consistent message and experience.

• Design and implement strategies for a seamlessly customer experience in a multichannel environment• Oversee the operations of Call Center, Website, Social Media, Mobile app and other communications teams • Work with external advertising and tech agencies by coordinating and completing multiple projects related to digital communications• Work collaboratively with IT team to implement a web interface product search engine that had a great impact in our customers in moments of products shortage in the country• Roll out customer management programs and loyalty plans to increase clients fidelity to our brands and allied pharma brands• Collect and analyze data to create reports for the Board of Directors

• Execute brand's digital communication strategies.• Boost the unification of communications across digital platforms that enhanced customer experience• Implement social media strategies that led us to be among the Top 5 brands in Venezuela with most engagement in Twitter, according to the ibero-american consultancy agency IZO• Provide creative solutions for supporting marketing campaigns and Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives• Identify and analyze market trends for successfully engage with target audiences• Maintain and improve company's reputation and positive image in our market.

• Lead the communications and digital marketing initiatives across platforms• Reinforce digital presence through inbound marketing tactics designed to attract, engage and convert customers.• Work collaboratively with branding and business intelligence teams to increase brand engagement• Support franchisees in their communications needs, as the company works under franchise business model.

• Responsible of launching and manage the A&E Network, The History Channel and the Biography Channel Latam websites, both in Spanish and Portuguese• Plan and execute web-based projects to align on air and on line promotions• Act as project leader working with external agencies and vendors across Latin American cities and headquarter based in Miami• Coordinate other team members functions (graphic designers, web producers)

• Draft and edit content for the online portal StarMedia.com. • Check reference sources to verify facts and news• Copywrite and deliver daily news in SMS format, through a mobile operator.

• Creative copywriting and on air promo production for the A&E Network TV channel (former A&E Mundo)• Organize resources for video promo production addressed for upfronts and sales events• Work collaboratively with editors, graphic designers, announcers, audio engineers and other technical staff to achieve prompt delivery of projects.
