Responsible for new business development and marketing. Also responsible for development of NorthCoast Infusion Network ( a division of NorthCoast HealthCare Management Services), bringing infusion pharmacies together on a national scope. This includes recruitment, contracting, credentialing of pharmacies for the network; payer relations development; and special consulting projects done by the network.

Responsible for the coordination of services between the home infusion pharmacy and the patient, nursing agency and hospital. Manager responsible for admission department and clinical support for reimbursement department. Responsible for performance improvement activities, agency reports for operation, financial and quality initiatives. Involved in numerous administrative tasks including agency preparation for JCAHO survey, performance and cost analysis of inventory items, and marketing, Provide staff development inservices. Responsible for the administrative management of the pharmacy in the absence of the director.

Successfully prepared organization for first JCAHO survey consisting of home care, personal care, pharmacy, DME, & hospice. Required revising policies, forms, and staff processes.
