I have over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry and am an expert on discounted cash flow analysis and complex financial modeling. I've worked as a Director of Finance at a boutique consulting firm where I ran the fair value product line specializing in performing fair value determinations for banks and credit unions mergers along with valuing troubled-debt restructurings (TDRs) and reverse mortgages. In addition, I worked with non-profit organizations on creating and preparing financial statements and forecasts. My experience also includes serving as the Director of Financial Analysis for one of the nation’s largest subprime manufactured housing securitizer. In this role, I led and managed the finance division in analyzing and reporting on hundreds of securitizations and billions of dollars of securitized manufactured housing loans, home equity loans, and recreational vehicle loans. I reverse-engineered the bond structures to ensure the cash flow modeling was correct and consistent with outside software. I currently work as an independent consultant under Lidke Business Consulting, LLC.
