Reviewing other engineer's HVAC drawings using code guidelines before sending the sheet set out for approval. Utilizing Carriers Hourly Analysis program to calculate heat loss on commercial buildings and use results to size equipment and design duct layouts. Understand and utilize the 2015 & 2021 IMC, SPS, UDC, NEC, IBC, & IFGC code books. Use 2D & 3D autocad to layout full mechanical systems for commercial and multifamily buildings. Keep track of multiple projects, their stages, the contacts & engineers involved. Create invoices & bill customer upon project completion. Work with state and local government to review layouts and obtain approved projects for customers.

I am responsible for increasing turn project turn around speed, creating highly detailed HVAC layouts on AutoCAD, programming excel for more easily utilized spreadsheets, assisting with building heat loss calculations, keeping billing up to date, as well as keeping track of job progress with multiple engineers and contractors. In addition, I am the primary contact with the state's department of safety & professional services (Wisconsin's DSPS) and local municipalities for project reviews and submittals through Auer Steel.

I have worked with Derek Pfister as a solid member of his crew, handling multiple roles for his team. I handle everything from set-up and tear down, to working with the clients, to doing the camera work. I am also responsible for managing the computer hardware in order to keep us up to date and allow us to create whatever it is our clients envision.

Working every position in the restaurant from cashier, to saute cook, to training new employees, my job was to accomplish anything that needed to be done at the restaurant. I was trained in the management position and often assisted in management tasks.
