Provided program backstop to a number of civil society development projects in Sudan, Iraq, Rwanda and Moldova, funded by USAID, the U.S Department of State, the Millennium Challenge Corporation, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, respectively.Responsible for financial and program reporting requirements, project work planning, and ensuring deliverables were met.Assisted with project startups, recruitment of staff and consultants, and assessment activities.Traveled frequently to field offices to oversee program closeout processes, including closing sub-grants, HR and legal compliance, inventory disposition, and final program reporting.
