Current• Provide substantial data collection/analyzation for a worldwide Decomplexity effort for J&J’s Medical Devices Division.• Coordinate with global divisions to track inventory levels providing relief due to the intricacy of the Decomplexity project.Successes | Accomplishments• Implemented a new data processing program (Alteryx) that substantially improved manual data collection.• Developed a roadmap with Alteryx that led to the discovery of a previously unnoticed $5M that should have been credited to the efforts of the Decomplexity project.• Established and analyzed KPIs for the Decomplexity project and presented findings to Finance Directors and Supply Chain Managers via Skype and through Tableau and PowerPoint dashboards.• Created an automated roadmap with Alteryx to extract relevant sales data from J&J’s overall database and improved a process that had previously taken a few days to complete down to a few minutes.• Collaborated with the Marketing Manager of the Global Strategic Marketing – Trauma Division and developed next steps for the Decomplexity effort. • Developed an automated system to define SKUs to be obsoleted without waiting for endorsements from other divisions.
