Met with accounts and potential accounts in regards to carrying cocktail bitters and non-alcoholic beverages. Collaborated with other departments to brainstorm on sales initiatives and company growth, especially given the exponential growth in the non-alcoholic adult beverage market.

Was an integral part of the opening of Home & Away. Responsible for creating all training materials, hiring packages, manager and staff procedures, and interviewing/signing off on the hiring of all opening staff. After the opening in March 2022, was responsible for the scheduling of all Front of House staff, booking all DJs, facilitating successful dinner services, including pre and post event high volume services, with a bar heavy focus.

Running the floor and staff for nearly every high volume night, including Oilers games, concerts, and classic weekend rushes. Contributed to different sales initiatives and promotional ideas, which was always a collaborative effort amongst the management team. Focused on costs of the businesses, and ways to mitigate unnecessary spending. Responsible for scheduling bartenders and support staff. Took weekly liquor counts and input the liquor order based on these numbers and adherence to our budget.

Was part of the Advisory Board for the 2019 Export A Industry Event. Met with the client, Export A, to ensure the brand was represented based on 2019/2020 brand recognition targets. Was vital to the concept and execution of the event, as well as ensuring that RSVP targets were met amongst potential guests. The overall attendance and RSVPs ended up breaking the records for each, respectively.

Responsible for every aspect of the business, including budgets pertaining to cost of sales, scheduling for over 60 employees, sales initiatives, accommodating VIP guests, and training of service employees.
