Support Technician (Permanent position, made redundant)Remote phone support of Windows PC's, iOS tablets and phones, Android phones, printers and peripherals.POS support for national retail client.On site support, installs, projects, and maintenance.Travelled to Sydney on two occasions to facilitate a client handover from internal IT support to Computer One.Utilisation of Connectwise ticketing and client database application.Server side support including Active Directory and Exchange users and groups, Security permissions, Group policy and Outlook trouble shooting. Liaise with client staff and management representing Computer One.Collaborate with close knit fellow team members to ensure service delivery and meet SLA's.Liaise and consult with internal escalation teams.

As a Consultant I maintained my client's sites and supported them. I did this with regular site visits, over the phone and remotely. This included troubleshooting Level 1/2 along with maintenance tasks of all on site IT equipment from mobile phones and tablets to desktops, laptops, servers, rack mounted network routers and switches, backups and storage solutions. Patching and cabling along with network fault finding were also common tasks.
