Worked on re-election campaign for Sam Hibbins, Greens MP for Prahran during the Victorian State Election. Working within a small team, I recruited, trained and supported a core group of 10 volunteer leaders to implement a variety of campaign activities, including 4-5 weekly doorknocks, regular volunteer recruitment phonebanks, data entry parties, voter texting campaigns, and putting up candidate placards. Our campaign efforts helped to secure the re-election of Sam Hibbins with a swing of 8.1%.

Worked on The Greens’ federal election campaign for Higgins as the Polling Booth Coordinator. My main responsibility was to develop and implement a booth coverage plan to ensure we had volunteers at every polling booth handing out Greens how-to-vote cards during both pre-poll and election day. Recruited, trained and supported nearly 40 volunteer leaders, as well as volunteers to fill in over 550 shifts across the voting period. Also responsible for packing and distributing all the necessary booth materials for election day, eg. how-to-vote cards, bunting, t-shirts, and signage.

Worked with the Field Campaign team on volunteer recruitment, door knocking, surveying constituents, and volunteer database management.

This Fellowship has been designed to give those interested in working in the not-for-profit, communications and climate sectors a range of skills and experience foundational to all these sectors, mainly focussing on fundraising, community organising and marketing.

The purpose of this fellowship is to build the scope and capacity of the Murray Darling campaign team by supporting community leaders and activists in regional Australia to campaign for river health. Some of my responsibilities included: Event management, e.g. booking venues, flights and transport for regional training events, communicating with program participants, and providing advice and support to community leaders with organising their events.Digital organising, e.g. setting up local groups on Slack and NationBuilder, developing existing digital tools and developing and facilitating training webinars.Digital communication, e.g. writing and editinf engaging, clear, concise, and accurate content for emails and landing pages, preparing lists and tags and update data to ensure that ACF supporter action is welltargeted and tracked, following sign off processes, narrative guides, style guides, checklists and namingconventions, and improve documentation of digital production steps.

Worked as part of the Community Organising team to organise, develop, advertise and facilitate training workshops for fellow human rights activists, in order to improve their knowledge and skills, as well as grow the organisation.Our major project is the bi-annual activist skillshare - a full day of training workshops led by volunteer activists, for activists.

Worked as part of a team providing a safe and stimulating environment, excursions andactivities for primary school aged children attending the Out of School Hours (OSHC)Program, in order to facilitate their physical, cognitive and emotional development.

Assisted the Volunteers Co-ordinator in recruiting, training, rostering and communicating with volunteers for the Perth Oxfam Trailwalker fundraising event, as well as data entry, record keeping, and administrative and logistics tasks. Utilised Raiser's Edge

Facilitated one-day High Impact Programs with diverse groups of underprivileged highschool students, designed to teach them job skills and encourage them to finish high schoolthrough sport, mentoring and other exercises.
