- Responsible for sourcing, qualifying, screening and representing candidates to clients- Guide candidates through the entire recruitment life cycle- Proactively build relationships with consultants- Focused on high level consultants within Engineering and IT- Work closely with account manager to prioritize hiring needs- Monitor and manage open job postings on Indeed- Utilize various sourcing sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, Clearance Jobs, Dice)- Experience sourcing for consultants with security clearances

- Facilitate check-in process for all members and guests entering the club- Monitor, handle, and delegate incoming phone calls from members and guests- Maintain updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing and policies- Member of the Certified Retention Team- Proactively build relationships with members and guests- Assist members with transactions and account changes
