After finding initial success in Sydney, the company has expanded its operations to include Melbourne, Brisbane and New Zealand to keep up with demand.Over the past 9 years Brendan and his team have been fortunate enough to work with some of the best builders across hundreds of projects. Some of these include the Elizabeth May Marina, Joyton Ave Creative Centre, and the East Garden Library.As Managing Director, Brendan oversees all of the company’s operations and future direction. Garay Construction is an Australian building company known for getting involved in multiple high-end residential projects in Sydney. After completing his apprenticeship, Brendan was sponsored by Garay as a carpenter and quickly got involved in completing carpentry work for clients, as well as managing general building tasks. Brendan thrived in the construction industry and soon after was promoted to a Foreman role. His responsibilities ranged from running job sites, to managing a team of carpenters and other tradesmen. The experience and skills he had acquired from his sponsorship gave Brendan the confidence to finally venture out on his own. With the industry starting to boom, Brendan launched his own construction company known today as BD Building Management.
