I worked closely with our clients to build good customer service which drove the business and most importantly the agreed let of the property. Additionally, I worked with another member of the team on property management resolving all manner of issues that arose. Liaising with our core contractors and landlords efficiently gave a quick turnaround on works needed and payments made. Working with such care meant customer relations and service exceeded any others - client retention was high and market share grew continually during my time there giving Priory Estates prominence in the market, in the area.
