Project - Kings Cross Affordable Housing

Worked on the Parliamentry refurbishment during the Governments summer holidays. Both the Houses of Commons and Lords.

Quantity surveyor for the $200 million Bellsouth/Vodafone nationwide cell site network rollout in 1996-98 at the same time being responsible for tendering and servicing for various other projects.

Quantity Surveyor on a range of projects including the $450 million SKYCITY casino, hotel and Sky Tower project in Auckland. He was responsible for cost reporting and estimating for this and various other projects.

Learning from the ground up in the construction industry, Brendan did casual labouring work for his families residential construction company over four years whilst studying.
