• Served as Employment and Labor Law Advisor for Superintendent of Schools and Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources • Represented the Boston Public Schools in the following forums: American Arbitration Association, Massachusetts Division of Labor Relations, Civil Service Commission and Suffolk County Superior Court• Negotiated with Boston Public Schools’ thirteen collective bargaining groups regarding imposition of discipline, interpretation of contract language, benefits and other terms and conditions of employment • Supervised team of three attorneys and directed human resource staffing managers• Negotiated staffing and services agreements between charter school organizations and the City of Boston • Appointed second chair for Boston Public Schools during successor bargaining with the Boston Teachers Union for the 2010-2013 Collective Bargaining Agreement• Selected as Lead Negotiator for five bargaining units within BPS• Prepared contract proposals and settlement agreements between bargaining units and Boston Public Schools • Functioned as Bus Driver Strike Contingency Coordinator for the City of Boston
