As CFO, established the financial reporting, SOX, risk, and debt & equity capital raising functions as well as many of the board governance procedures and was the primary contact for the Audit and Finance and Risk Committees. HASI’s award-winning investor relations function was an early adopter of ESG reporting including implementing the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) recommendations. Previously responsible for corporate development and strategy for an award-winning clean technology company and successfully grew and exited merchant bank investments in international telecommunications infrastructure and corporate human capital software. My early career included executive positions in corporate strategy, M&A, and finance and Big Four strategic and restructuring consulting. Presently advises a public company CEO on strategic issues, serve as lead independent director and audit committee chair of a climate resiliency provider and represents an investor on a clean technology software company board while also providing strategic advice to the CEO. Established the HASI board governance practices and served on the boards of various private companies and nonprofits.
