Latter roles were in training and development where I gained experience in compliance training, personal development, new product introductions, new technology introductions, introduction of learning technologies, function management, regulator interactions, coaching, corporate programmes, training grant submission and administration and graduate and chartership programmes development.

Served in the Aer Corps as an apprentice, qualifying as an airframe and engine mechanic with experience on Alouette III helicopters.
