Lead the design, implementation, and management of MOD Collective's key programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including funders, partners, and community organizations, to drive program success and build strategic partnerships.Develop and oversee program budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within scope.Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, utilizing data and feedback to inform continuous improvement and adapt strategies as needed.Prepare and present reports on program progress and impact to the leadership team, board, and other key stakeholders.

My job is centered on understanding the processes and functions of Penske Truck Rental and Leasing by doing hands-on work that requires critical thinking, organizational skills, customer service, and management processes. I manage volunteers on a weekly basis in furtherance of mentoring young disadvantaged children in the Chicagoland area. I oversee three different Section 8 housing sites in Aurora. We emphasize on teaching and demonstrating effective mentoring skills as well as potent tutoring strategies.I am responsible for all managerial issues that arise at any location, including but not limited to talking with disgruntled parents, communicating with housing authority workers and conflicting interest groups. I work hands on with families in my community in hopes of benefiting children who have a direct threat of dropping out of school, excessive drug use and/or gang violence. I lead weekly organizational tasks that are crucial for the programs sustainability, such as developing a strong curriculum that would be appealing to those seeking to donate or attaining government grants.
