Managed a project to implement telehealth software in over 150 clinics for a healthcare organization, giving virtual access to healthcare providers to over 600,000 patients.Identified, diagnosed, and implemented solutions for user-facing software and hardware issues while ensuring that users are interfacing with the MyChart app in ways that will improve health outcomes.
