I joined Field Vision Bars to take over the day to day management of Printworks London. Field Vision was set up in 2017 and operate a range of venues and festivals in the UK and Europe. I am responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of Printworks bars. Printworks is Europe’s second largest club and voted one of the top ten clubs globally. Played a lead role in opening The Beams 5000 capacity club in the autumn/winter of 2022.Key contributions included; - Leading and managing all aspects of the bars, overseeing in excess on 130 staff members on a show night- Implementation of all control systems. - Development and Implementation of all operational/reporting systems. - Overseeing all day to day operations. - Reporting directly to the board of directors. - P&L and budget accountability for the entire operation. - Operational development and training. - Recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of employees. - Acting as the H&S officer across the operation. - Full accountability to the venue on all operational matters

I joined Game Changers Investments to work on multiple exciting new restaurant projects/builds in and around Covent Garden. Game Changers was set up in late 2020 to create investment opportunities in post-covid environments within the restaurant industry.
