Brendan established McCullagh Lupton Quinn with his colleagues in late 2007 with a view to providing high quality professional quantity surveying services to both the public and private sectors. MLQ are essentially a medium sized, director led firm of professional quantity surveyors, project managers and cost consultants with a passionate and relentless focus on our Clients’ requirements. MLQ's expertise is in ensuring that Client needs for functional, aesthetic, sustainable value-optimised building solutions are consistently and efficiently achieved using all appropriate technologies and processes.

Responsible for monitoring the academic standards achieved within the MSc in Construction Project Management and assuring their comparability to the highest Irish & International standards.

Brendan joined Nolan Ryan in June 2001 where he gained valuable experience working as a project quantity surveyor on a wide variety of both public and private sector contracts. He achieved his professional qualification in the minimum time frame possible in November 2004 becoming one of the youngest Chartered Quantity Surveyors in Ireland at that time. Brendan has in the past taken leading Q.S. roles on various large public & private sectors contracts. Projects of particular interest have included Wexford Opera House and The George Bernard Shaw Gallery & Visual Arts Centre, Carlow. He also gained exceptional experience on numerous small to medium sized projects with particular emphasis on the Educational, Commercial and Cultural / Recreational Sectors.
