I have been providing psychotherapy, counselling, and community support services in Toronto since 2014. I am currently a social worker in private practice providing counselling and psychotherapy to adults both virtually and in-person. I began my private practice in 2019. I have extensive experience providing trauma-informed, anti-oppressive supports to diverse communities. My practice is 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly and kink-positive. My work is informed by various mindfulness, compassion, and behavioural based strategies. I aim to use an eclectic approach that ensures each unique client has an experience tailored to their needs.I previously worked for 6+ years in an outpatient hospital setting providing counselling and case management to individuals living with or affected by HIV. I have also worked as a community-based case manager supporting people living with HIV as well as co-morbid substance use and mental health challenges, including individuals who are unhoused or precariously housed.
